time to arm yourselves, mateys!
"walking around lido, wheelock and all. i saw one couple, hardly 12-13 hugging and holding hands outside the nike store. acting as though they were seriously dating or something. acting as if they were 23.
it made me think. is there are 'legal' age to start dating? do we have to go through a few 'false starts' b4 we can find a true partner? do guys get girls to hang out with them to look good in front of everyone else? i also saw another pair, about the same age hanging out
does love have a age? must we be above 21 to truly love, and is anything else puppy love? "
to the punk that wrote this on his blog...stop being stupid.if u yearn for it, ultimately, u'd never get what it's like.since u aint gonna get it one way or the other, why not dont think about it? it'd be perilous for me to say that all couples around are probably more on the falling for love kind, but i'm not in a position to judge. only thing is i can see when what is puppy love and when what is true love.i know of an example whereby one has puppy love for the other while this other has true love for the one. i pity the other cos that person doesnt know it.oh well puppy love is kinda pathetic if u ask me.might as well not love at all.and to this punk, stop thinking about it alr!
teachers' day.HA!student council put in much effort.gotta commend them on this kinda stuff man.they always seem to be able to come up with such stuff.provide us with enjoyment and entertainment at such events."custodians' day" how entertaining...takes our minds off our problems at hand.problems that u cant solve, u cook up some gay occasion to help take our worries away.good job to whoever came up with such an idea.have a heart.
oh well that day was the last day of hangout for us normal people before we turn into the one freak that we have always hated.the one that only cares about mugging and grades.the no lifer.man, the syllabus is larger from the common tests. and there's still the stigma from the previous one.where "visitors" beat the shite outa u.where u study hard for a test and end up failing like nuts for it.this crushing defeat is simply unbearable.the source of all tension is still there.u can practically feel it building up.its bloody shameful and also embarrassing to lose to such a person.this is one visitor that shouldnt have come over.this visitor shoulda stayed with the green areas and not cross the boundaries to the blue and yellow.a machine that has destroyed every single thing there is upon us now to claim another trophy.oh well, u can practically make a sci fi novel outa this.see i gave y'all an idea for writing.
and i wont put my nigerian-inspired poem here, cos people will get the wrong ideas or rather in fact, some people were kinda slow in getting it despite having a highly developed human brain and proper upbringing.the price u have to pay for civilization i guess.
now dont y'all run around mentioning names cos this refers to not much of anyone in particular.
now for the slamming time,
thank goodness, joakim's allowed a dignified exit.those fanatics have become fans again.he doesnt have to suffer anymore.and stop crying!he's a talented person, but just not in singing. i have to agree on his "relatively good singing" as quoted by one of his fans.he has a voice as melodious as michael shen.and i seriously gotta disagree on the fan saying "not seeing that in the other contestants".man, its not fair to say so.in your idolartory of a person, u must not put down others.everyone has their strengths and weaknesses
and as for the christian justification TOK presentation.man that one is bad.the Christian was seriously missing the point of justifying Chrisitanity.and the "non-Christian" was being really disturbingly merciful about smashing the Christian's proofs.not that it is an easy topic, but the content was almost shite.organisation is good but the examples didn't really provide ground for the points.cant blame them, cos its really a touchy topic.its like something u cant catch any form at all, and usually while u think u caught it, its a derailing form.gets u off course...if i were them, i'd get off that topic.its like some wild child.whatever.and that gender one was some feminist movement that goes "gal power gal power gal power!" not very TOK at the end.
okok.i'm gonna like die for the exams cos i dont get any ball about planes.thats me.oh well there's still matrices imcomplete, differentiation untouched, equilibrium unheard of.tests and practicals that are still due.my, the school sure is expecting super soldiers outa us.not that we dont have one amongst us...
dear friends, please try your best to study.stop thinking about super soldiers or immense water containers which have so much potential than u.
and of course these super soldiers can always do us a favour by keeping their mouths shut.cos their sound frequencies mess with our heads.esp when their advanced intelligent talk is all alien to our primitive heads.we beg your pardon but we just happen to be ourselves, lil ol uncivilized punks in ur eyes.pfft, culture spoilers..
on a lighter note, here's a nice song
CORINNE BAILEY RAE
"Put Your Records On"
Three little birds, sat on my window.
And they told me I don't need to worry.
Summer came like cinnamon
So sweet,
Little girls double-dutch on the concrete.
Maybe sometimes, we got it wrong, but it's alright
The more things seem to change, the more they stay the same
Oh, don't you hesitate.
Girl, put your records on, tell me your favourite song
You go ahead, let your hair down
Sapphire and faded jeans, I hope you get your dreams,
Just go ahead, let your hair down.
You're gonna find yourself somewhere, somehow.
Blue as the sky, sombre and lonely,
Sipping tea in the bar by the road side,
(just relax, just relax)
Don't you let those other boys fool you,
Gotta love that afro hairdo.
Maybe sometimes, we feel afraid, but it's alright
The more you stay the same, the more they seem to change.
Don't you think it's strange?
Girl, put your records on, tell me your favourite song
You go ahead, let your hair down
Sapphire and faded jeans, I hope you get your dreams,
Just go ahead, let your hair down.
You're gonna find yourself somewhere, somehow.
Just more than I could take, pity for pity's sake
Some nights kept me awake, I thought that I was stronger
When you gonna realise, that you don't even have to try any longer.
Do what you want to.
Girl, put your records on, tell me your favourite song
You go ahead, let your hair down
Sapphire and faded jeans, I hope you get your dreams,
Just go ahead, let your hair down.
Girl, put your records on, tell me your favourite song
You go ahead, let your hair down
Sapphire and faded jeans, I hope you get your dreams,
Just go ahead, let your hair down.
Oh, you're gonna find yourself somewhere, somehow
